CGOA President Karen Klemp chaired the meeting. The Executive Board and Committee Chairpersons for 1999-2000 reported on their activities of the past year.

The following officers were elected to the Executive Board: Jackie Young as Vice President, Bonnie Pollard as Secretary, Cindy Cooper as Treasurer.

The following chairpersons were appointed to two-year terms: Melissa Leapman and Nancy Nehring, co-chairs, Education; Christine Kraus, Fundraising; Linda Sauter, Librarian; Karen Navoy, Nominating; Marion Kelly, Pattern Editor; A.T. Grant, Planning; Marcia Noel, Public Relations. Nancy Brown was appointed as Trade Show Coordinator.

Items of business discussed:

1. CGOA will sponsor another Tour to Ireland in March 2003.
2. Member Liz Riordan reported on options for a CGOA-sponsored cruise.
3. National Crochet Week will be March 18-24, 2001.

This business meeting was also another chance to win some of the wonderful door prizes.
