Chain Link 1999 Juried Exhibit

"Bring Your Best to the West" Juried Exhibit at the Chain Link '99 Crochet Conference on August 19-22. West Coast Bellevue Hotel, Bellevue, Washington

Jurors: Noreen Havens and Bev Dillon

• Noreen Havens has crocheted all her life and has a particular love of lace crochet. She is currently in the process of obtaining a City and Guild of London certificate in Design and Embroidery. Noreen is a certified teacher, a former needlework shop owner, and a needlework judge.
• Bev Dillon has been involved in the needle arts for more than 30 years and has taught at regional and international conferences as well as for shops and guilds. Bev is a CYCA Certified Instructor in both knitting and crochet and is a needlework judge.
