BANQUET & MEMBER FASHION SHOW - Investment: $1,000 (2 available)
This is the grand finale of the conference and as was the case last year, tickets typically sell out (200 attendees). The sponsor provides table favors for each attendee. In year’s past, this has typically been a selection of the sponsor’s products. The sponsor also chooses an emcee for the member fashion show that is held during the banquet. Your company will be featured throughout the event.

 

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DAY – Investment:  $500 (2 available ~ Morning and Afternoon)

This will be an all-day event with a panel discussion in the morning and breakout sessions in the afternoon. We continue to see new designers and bloggers eager to learn the ins and outs of our industry. Your logo will be prominently splashed on all print and social media. Feel free to partner with another company whose products complement yours. Or sponsor either the morning or afternoon event at $500 each.

 

MARKETPLACE PREVIEW - Investment: $500 Exclusive

Be the master of ceremonies before the doors open to the marketplace on Thursday night. You’ll have a captive audience and can promote your company and products to the crowd. Do a few giveaways, coupons for online shopping, and lead the ribbon cutting before the marketplace opens.

 

PHOTO BOOTH - Investment: $900 Exclusive

Thursday night at the marketplace preview, we will have a photo booth set up for attendees to have their photo made with their crochet friends. This event is attended by everyone! Your logo will appear in the background of each photo!

 

CROCHET LOUNGE - Investment: $900 (3 available)
We have a large attractive room on the second floor of the hotel where all of the classrooms are located.  The lounge is the place where the attendees congregate and stitch throughout the conference. Have your logo and any promotional materials available for the attendees. Do you have a spokesperson you’d like to send to conference so they can mingle with the attendees?? We’d love to have them join us!

 

MARKETPLACE SHOPPING BAGS - Investment: $500 Exclusive

Provide a shopping bag with your company logo to put in the hands of each person who walks through the door of the marketplace. Optional - Stuff the bag with any materials or product you like. A minimum of 500 bags are needed.

 

CHAPTER CHALLENGE - Investment: $250 Exclusive

Warm Up America! will be the focus as local chapters vie for cash awards and bragging rights for number of squares completed. Squares will be joined in the lounge during the conference and we will be presenting the completed blankets to a local charity. Your company’s logo will be front and center in all media opportunities.

 

GOODIE BAGS AND DOOR PRIZES – No Charge
We will give away door prizes throughout the conference. There is no charge to take part in this opportunity. You can supply a stuffed goody bag or participate by supplying product that can be inserted in a bag with other products. We need 150 pieces of your choice of products – yarn, tools, accessories, books, coupons, individual patterns.

 

RAFFLE PRODUCTS – No Charge

This category is for higher retail items or large collections of product that we can offer in a raffle.  A minimum of $150 retail value is requested. There is no charge for this opportunity and is a great way to advertise inexpensively.

 

DESIGN COMPETITION The cash prizes are awarded between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each category. Your company’s logo will be displayed in the marketplace with the design display and will be included in all printed and social media opportunities to acknowledge your support. We are so proud to be awarding $5,500. Your entire donation, except $100 to defray expenses, is distributed to the winners. This is a very unique competition and an excellent event in which your company can support up and coming designers and inspire all attendees.
