Will the conference go on as planned? At this time there are no plans to cancel the 2020 Chain Link Conference. CGOA will closely monitor the coronavirus situation and follow state and federal guidelines regarding conferences and other related gatherings.
What happens if the conference is cancelled? If the decision is made to cancel or change the type of conference, you will be notified as soon as possible.

What about my flight reservations? Given the fluidity of the situation its best to check with your carrier about their current policies for booking and refunds. Do also consider purchasing travel insurance - but be sure to read the fine print. Consider all options, including the feasibility of purchasing refundable fares or other modes of transportation.
